Booking agreement

When a booking is confirmed, the person making the reservation accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of everyone staying at the property. The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.

Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure all information on this website is accurate. However, minor changes may occasionally occur.

Availability

Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until written confirmation has been provided.

Prices

Prices shown are in Euros unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend prices before a booking is confirmed.

Liability

Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care during their stay.

Fistiki House & Studio cannot accept responsibility for:

• Loss of personal belongings
• Personal injury unless caused by our negligence
• Events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, ferry disruption, strikes, natural disasters or government restrictions
